Yamabuki Gold Koshu has a beautiful dark golden color, seasoned fruit, cardamom, dried raisins, complex, soft, full of umami and a wonderfully perpetual aftertaste.
Due to its sweetness and complexity, the sake is extremely suitable as a replacement for a dessert wine, combinations with blue -fungus cheese and chocolate are surprisingly spectacular. This sake when it is served at room temperature or cold in a white wine glass.
