Meiri Tokiwasakari is a classic example of Junmai Sake with lots of tones of grain, dairy, umami both in the nose and on the palette, making it an ideal sake to drink both cold and warm.
Nice with savory dishes such as cheese but also delicious with pasta. This sake is best served cold and room temperature in a Guinomi or warm in an O-Choko.
