Fudoh Junmai Daiginjo is one of the best sake from Chiba, Fudoh comes from a nickname of a god who is recorded in Naritasan, a famous temple in Narita, in the prefecture Chiba. Just like that God, this sake is clearly present, because no charcoal filtering has been carried out at all, this sake retains its most authentic taste full of red apple and beautiful sweetness. It has a full texture that ends dry, a nice balance between the sweetness at the front of the palate. Fudoh is a proud golden medal winner at the International Wine Challenge 2015 and 2019.
