Nakashima is een sakebrouwerij met meer dan 300 jaar geschiedenis sinds 1702. Het merk "Kozaemon" werd gelanceerd in 2001 en is populair geworden in binnen- en buitenland. Het gebruik van het ondergrondse water dat uit Mt. Byobu als bron brengt de volle smaak van de rijst naar voren. Gebaseerd op het idee om een goede match te maken met elk gerecht, is Nakashima toegewijd aan het produceren van "umakuchi" zoetgeurende smaken met body en diepte in plaats van knapperige en droge "tanrei" smaken.
Met een geschiedenis van meer dan 300 jaar, hooggekwalificeerde rijst en water en een passie voor uitdaging maken Nakashima sake heel bijzonder. Ondertussen heeft de 14e generatie het stokje overgenomen en is het merk bekender en grootser dan ooit.
