Masumi Nanago is a special Junmai Daiginjo made according to the Traditional Yamahai method. Normally this method provides full robust sake but in this case there is elegance with delicious acids obtained. The Sake also has a lot of fruit, something laurel, one Huge complexity and a soft pure aftertaste. Delicious sake to eat Italian, for example a risotto with fresh seafood.

This sake is best served cold in a wine glass.
