Masumi Shiro White is a wonderful elegant sake with an alcohol percentage of just 12%. Nice light fruit tones in the nose such as ripe apple, pear and banana. Medium dry with lots of umami and fine acids on the pallet, a fine aftertaste completes this sake.
This sake is best served cold in a wine glass.
